Mike Burshteyn-Dang is a seasoned professional in UX research and organizational design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Varo Bank since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Vice President at ideas42, focusing on behavioral science insights to improve wellbeing and financial health. Mike has also contributed as a YCCI Fellow at the Yale Center for Customer Insights, consulting for MasterCard on digital wallet adoption, and worked as a Systems Researcher at HoodenPyleGil to redesign chronic care management. As Chief Operating Officer at Spark MicroGrants, Mike played a pivotal role in organizational design and growth, achieving over 200% revenue and personnel growth. A background in finance includes roles at Axiom International Investors and Intex Solutions, where Mike developed financial systems and managed significant assets.
