Michelle Lou is a professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Payments at Varo Bank since June 2023, Michelle previously held similar senior roles at SoFi and LinkedIn, focusing on identity and growth product management. Prior engineering roles include positions at Autoliv, MINTH Group, and CB&I, where Michelle demonstrated expertise in product design, project coordination, and manufacturing processes. Michelle's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, complemented by additional research experience at RWTH Aachen University.
