Liz Elser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business enablement and customer experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Enablement at Varo Bank since April 2022, Liz previously held senior leadership roles at Citi, including Sr. Vice President of Customer & Digital Experience and Vice President of Customer Experience Advocate. Prior to that, Liz gained valuable experience at Ford Motor Company, managing sales and brand strategies, and at Fitch Ratings in a senior analytical position. Liz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and General Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Michigan.
