Sean Wade is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Varner & Brandt LLP since September 2023. Previously, Sean held similar positions at Lobb & Plewe, LLP, Guerrero Mears LLP, and HodgenLaw PC, gaining substantial legal expertise in various fields. Sean also worked as In-House Counsel at NTCH-CA, Inc. and completed multiple law clerk and internship roles, including significant contributions at Loyola Law School’s Sales & Use Tax Clinic and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Sean earned an L.L.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School, a Doctor of Law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Azusa Pacific University.
