Mattias Wigh is a Machine Learning Engineer at Varner since August 2019 and a Freelancing Machine Learning Consultant at Vinoda since July 2018. Previously, Mattias worked at Schlumberger from November 2013 to February 2018 as a Signal Processing Engineer, focusing on machine learning applications for positioning, predictive analytics, and signal enhancement, as well as algorithm development and data analysis. Mattias also held the position of Seismic Engineer, managing seismic equipment on board a seismic vessel. Earlier experience includes a Master Thesis role at Saab in early 2013, where algorithm development and signal processing related to GPS reliability were key tasks. Mattias holds a Civilingenjörsexamen in Teknisk fysik from Uppsala University and studied as an exchange student at The University of British Columbia.
