Marthe Thorvaldsen Ekern currently serves as a CRM & Loyalty Specialist at Varner, focusing on the Cubus membership base and the Cubus Friends loyalty program across Norway, Sweden, and Finland since September 2022. Previously, Marthe worked as a CRM Marketing Specialist at Telia Norge from July 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining customer engagement through targeted communications. Prior experience includes roles at Boostcom as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, contributing to loyalty program solutions, as well as serving as Head Coach at Stabekk Turn. Marthe’s early career featured positions as a Sales Assistant and Gymnastic Coach. Marthe holds a Bachelor of International Marketing from both Nanyang Technological University Singapore and BI Norwegian Business School, along with a high school diploma in Marketing and Economics from Stabekk Videregående Skole.
