Karen Mills has extensive experience in administrative and management roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Founders at VARLEY since February 2020. Prior to this position, Karen worked at YMU for 17 years, fulfilling multiple roles including Personal Assistant, Talent Manager, and Front Desk/Office Manager. Earlier in their career, Karen gained experience as a Payroll Clerk at CARA People from September 2001 to December 2002.
