Chetan Deshmukh is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Varian since July 2014, Chetan has progressed through roles including Software Engineering Lead and Software Engineer (Apps). Prior to Varian, Chetan held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Optra Systems Ltd, developing and maintaining a complete module from July 2011 to June 2014. Chetan's career also includes roles at Allscripts as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2008 to June 2011, e-Zest Solutions as a Software Engineer from November 2007 to November 2008, and Featherstone Informatics Group (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a Junior Software Analyst from July 2006 to October 2007. Chetan is currently pursuing a Product Management Workshop at the Institute of Product Leadership, ongoing since 2015.
