Antti Honkanen is a highly experienced professional in the field of medical imaging and high-energy physics, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Varian since January 2022. Prior to this role, Antti held various positions at Philips from February 2001 to January 2022, including R&D Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional projects for MR imaging products in radiation oncology, as well as managing product validation and clinical education efforts. Antti's earlier experience includes postdoctoral positions at the Helsinki Institute of Physics and CERN, focusing on high-energy physics research and detector development, along with a researcher role in experimental low-energy nuclear physics at the University of Jyväskylä. Antti holds a PhD in Physics and a Master of Science in Applied Physics, both earned from the University of Jyväskylä.
