Thomas Morris began their work experience in 2005 as a Manager/Project Engineer at Novatek Inc. Thomas designed various large projects and managed the Synthetic Diamond Testing Laboratory. Thomas utilized advanced ProE techniques and conducted FEA using ANSYS.

In 2011, Morris joined FLSmidth Minerals as a Design Engineer. Thomas'sresponsibilities included leading the design of high pressure filtration systems for minerals processing. Thomas specialized in large hydraulics design and structural design, as well as creating test fixtures and conducting experiments. Additionally, they programmed custom tools in SolidWorks for added functionality and automation.

Since 2017, Morris has been working as a Senior R&D Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation. Further details about this role are not provided.

Thomas Morris attended Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
