Murtada Alsaghirat has a diverse work experience in various companies. Murtada started their career as an Electrical Engineer trainee at Saudi Aramco in July 2016. After that, they worked as a Sales Manager Assistant at Fajr Al Bahrain jewellery from May 2017 to October 2017. Murtada then joined Marriott International as a Shift Engineer in October 2017, before moving on to work as a Field Service Engineer at Varian Medical Systems and a Field Services Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation, both starting in January 2018.

Murtada Alsaghirat completed their diploma in English at CultureWorks ESL from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at Ontario Tech University from 2013 to 2017.
