After leaving the Navy in 1996, Justin worked as an Electronics Engineer at Mackie Designs, where they developed testing fixtures for audio gear. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Simulator Specialist at Advanced Interactive Systems, where they integrated sub-systems for military and police training simulators. In 2001, Justin joined Newton Research Labs as a Vice President of Development, leading a team of engineers and contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects. In 2013, they became the Project Engineering Manager at OmniFAB/Cascadia Automation, overseeing the design and construction of automation systems for a global fulfillment center operator. Justin's most recent role is as a Chief Engineer at Adaptive Energy since 2016. Currently, they work as a Systems Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation since 2022. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in engineering, project management, and team leadership in various industries, including technology, audio, automation, and defense.
