Rhonda A. Martin, MBA, CSM, and SSM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently serving as a Sr. Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Varec, Inc, a Leidos company since May 2020, Rhonda manages a diverse team of software engineers, focusing on resource performance and team development. Prior to this role, Rhonda spent nearly 14 years at Northrop Grumman as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Sr. Business Analyst, where responsibilities included organizing and facilitating Scrum processes. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Business Analyst at TEKsystems and as a Project Lead/Sr. Business Systems Analyst at UPS. Rhonda holds an MBA in Information Technology and a Project Management Certificate from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, as well as a BA in English Language and Literature from South Carolina State University.
