Christiane Doerner is currently a partner at Vardis in Frankfurt. Prior to this, they were managing partner at The Inzito Partnership LLP from 2011 to 2012. Before that, Doerner founded and led Doerner International GmbH from 2008 to 2012. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as an executive director at Russell Reynolds Associates. Doerner also has experience working in the public sector as a private sector specialist at The World Bank from 1996 to 1996. Lastly, they were VP global sales at ABB Airport Technologies from 2000 to 2001.

Christiane Doerner has a postgraduate master's degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. Christiane also has an MBA in international marketing from the University of Cologne.
