Morten Søgård has extensive experience in management consulting and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving at MS Consulting since January 2021. Søgård holds multiple leadership roles as Chairman of the Board at Varde Hartmark and Vardegruppen AS since March 2023, as well as Chairman of the Board at Digital Idea AS since May 2021. Additionally, Søgård has been a Board Member at Already On AS since May 2021 and at Innmeldt AS and Solv AS in 2022. Previous positions include Chairman of the Board at Numascale AS until May 2024, and Develop AS until October 2021, as well as COO at Visolit from January 2019 to January 2021. Søgård earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School between 1977 and 1980.
