Nick Sutherland has a diverse work experience. Nick is currently providing part-time CFO for hire services in a variety of industries through their own company, Nick Sutherland, CPA Inc. Nick'sservices include budgeting, forecasting, systems review and implementation, financing, financial and operational management, taxation, strategic advisory, financial reporting, business valuations, and process and policy development. Nick also served as the CFO at Varcon Inc. Nick previously worked at Deloitte Canada as a Manager and Senior, and at Affinio as a Controller. Nick has experience in teaching as a Teaching Assistant at Acadia University and worked as a Produce Buyer at Sobeys Head Office during the summer of 2010. Additionally, they served as the Finance Chair at the William Dennis Memorial Fund.

Nick Sutherland completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting from Acadia University between 2008 and 2012. Nick further pursued their education at the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy in 2012 and 2013, where they obtained a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
