HÃ¥kan Fransson has extensive experience in drug prevention, currently serving as a ¶Ù°ù´Ç²µ´Úö°ù±ð²ú²â²µ²µ²¹°ù±ð at Öckerö kommun since August 1995, with a vision to eradicate youth alcohol consumption in all Swedish municipalities by 2026. Additionally, HÃ¥kan is a Fritidsledare at Vara kommun since September 2017, leveraging the Öckerö method to combat youth drinking. HÃ¥kan has also worked as a ¶Ù°ù´Ç²µ´Úö°ù±ð²ú²â²µ²µ²¹°ù±ð across various municipalities including VÃ¥rgÃ¥rda, Grästorps, Mölndals, Kungsbacka, and AlingsÃ¥s, while completing a term at Essunga kommun, continuing to conduct annual drug habit surveys and MHFA courses. HÃ¥kan’s educational background includes a degree in Social Work and specialized training in Alcohol and Drug Prevention from the University of Gothenburg.
