Shraddha A. is a technical co-founder at Vara, an AI-powered sustainability compliance software aimed at streamlining data collection for manufacturers since October 2022. Previously, Shraddha served as a senior software engineer at Lilt, where 30+ customized connectors for data import and export were built, as well as backend features for improved data pipelines. At Illumio, Shraddha contributed as a software engineer by implementing data pipelines and optimizing PostgreSQL for enhanced performance. Shraddha co-founded Costart, a platform dedicated to helping college and early-career women enter the tech field. Earlier experiences include a software engineering internship at Illumio and an internship at ABEJA, Inc., focusing on CRM system features. Shraddha A. obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis in 2019.
