Kristen Wanvik is a seasoned drilling professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, holding various supervisory and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Drilling Supervisor at VÃ¥r Energi since June 2022, Wanvik has previously held the title of Drilling Superintendent at Wintershall, Spirit Energy, Total E&P NÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×E AS, and Det norske oljeselskap ASA, overseeing significant projects including the Maria and Oda field developments. Prior roles include HSE Manager and Drilling Superintendent at Talisman Energy and several key positions at Statoil, where innovative projects focused on safety and efficiency were implemented. Wanvik's educational background includes a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger, earned between 1981 and 1986.
