Johan Nybergh serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Neova Group since September 2018, overseeing corporate governance and legal compliance while heading internal audit functions and supporting senior management on strategic legal issues. Prior to this role, Johan was General Counsel at Lemminkäinen from 2006 to April 2018, where responsibilities included corporate governance, legal compliance, and leading a legal team. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Legal Counsel at Lemminkäinen, as well as Associate Lawyer at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at Law Ltd, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and contract law. Johan holds an LL.M. from the University of Helsinki and an M.Sc.(econ.) in Accounting from the Hanken School of Economics.
