Jeffrey Manner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, partnerships, and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Roam and GP at Weave VC, Jeffrey focuses on global WiFi solutions and seed funding, respectively. Additionally, Jeffrey operates Manner Ventures, providing consulting and angel investing since 2016. Other current roles include Web3 advisory services at Airswift Technology Limited, mentoring at Creative Destruction Lab and New Ventures BC, and membership in the VANTEC Angel Network. Jeffrey previously held the position of Director at Red Thread Ventures and served as Strategy Advisor for Blockchain for Climate, along with heading strategic partnerships at Consensus Core. Academically, Jeffrey holds a Master of Economics from Copenhagen Business School, an International MBA from Fudan University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria, complemented by exchange studies in Austria and Sweden.
