Jed Riemer, Ph.D. is a Principal Scientist with extensive experience in developing and commercializing innovative ingredients for the personal care market. Jed has a strong background in organic chemistry with a Doctor of Philosophy from Stony Brook University, a Master's Degree from the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor's Degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Jed has also taught Organic Chemistry at Westchester Community College as an Adjunct Professor. Additionally, Jed has received 9 US patents for discovering new sweet compounds during their time at Kraft Foods, Inc. and has designed and directed experimental protocols at various companies in the industry.
