Luke Williams has extensive experience in the technology and retail sectors, currently serving as an IT Clinical Interface Analyst I at Vantage Health Plan since September 2019 after progressing through roles such as IT Technical Support Engineer II and IT Support Specialist. Prior to Vantage Health Plan, Luke spent a decade at AT&T in various positions, including Retail Sales Consultant and Support Sales Representative. Earlier roles include Retail Sales Consultant at Best Buy, Administrative Assistant at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and Network Technician at Government Information System, among others. Luke holds a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Louisiana Monroe and completed general studies at West Monroe High School.
