Louis Hartrich serves as the Information Technology Manager for MDM and Data Governance at COUNTRY Financial® since May 2020, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of Master Data Management and Data Governance solutions while aligning technical capabilities with business strategies. Previously, Louis held the role of Data and MIS Director at Santander US from August 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included annual IT budget management, regulatory reporting, and collaboration across multiple departments to mitigate data risks. Louis began a career at State Farm® in January 2001, advancing through roles from Business Analyst to Technical Analyst and finally to Bank Manager, emphasizing data integrity and governance in all banking initiatives. Louis earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana State University, completing studies from 1993 to 2000.
