Pao Thao has been working in the financial services industry since 2012. Pao began their career at First Financial Secuity, Inc. as a Regional Marketing Director and held this role until 2020 when they moved to Vantage Financial Alliance as an Executive Director of Marketing.

Pao Thao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Community Health from California State University, Fresno between 2002 and 2007.
