Courtney Ahuja serves as the Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel for North America at Vantage Data Centers since November 2024. Previously, Courtney held the position of General Counsel at Inflection Energy LLC from 2016 to 2024 and worked as Counsel at Oxbow from 2014 to 2016. Early legal career experience includes roles as Senior Associate Attorney at Burleson LLP and Associate Attorney at Kilburn Law Firm, Lathrop GPM LLP, Hameline & Eccleston LLP, and Walker & Doepfner, PLLC. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, along with a Financial Management Certificate from the same institution. Currently, Courtney is a candidate for the CIPP/US Certification through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
