Philana Potter, Esq., currently serves as the Manager of Community Outreach and MWBE at Vantage Airport Group since February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of M/WBE Compliance Officer at the NYC Department of Small Business Services from November 2018 to February 2023, managing citywide contract audits for compliance with M/WBE goals. Philana's earlier positions include serving at the Office of People With Developmental Disabilities as part of the NYS Excelsior Fellowship, interning at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, and working with organizations such as the National Black Law Students Association and Waterkeeper Alliance. Philana holds a Juris Doctor in Environmental Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University.
