Morena Franke has extensive experience in human resources roles. Morena began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Home Depot in 2001, where they were responsible for recruitment strategies and the implementation of training and development programs. Morena then moved on to a role as a District Human Resources Manager at Earth Tech from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they gained experience in managing HR functions at a district level. In 2006, Franke joined Corix as the Director of Human Resources, leading a team of 20 professionals and overseeing various HR strategies and initiatives. During their seven-year tenure at Corix, they successfully grew the HR department as a professional team and valued business partner. Morena also played a key role in negotiating collective agreements and managing HR processes during acquisitions and projects. Most recently, Franke has been working at Vantage Airport Group, where they hold the position of Director of Human Resources since 2021.
