Kasia Sek currently serves as the Manager of Operational Readiness and Transition at Vantage Airport Group since November 2022, focusing on airline infrastructure development. Since July 2016, Kasia has also held the position of Manager, Operational Readiness and Transition at LaGuardia Gateway Partners, where responsibilities include overseeing departmental work plans, training programs, and the transition to operations for multiple stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles in health and safety at JFK International Air Terminal and operational coordination at Swissport. Kasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University at Buffalo.
