Robert Carlson has worked in various roles in the finance and business industries since 2005. Robert began their career as a Data Analyst at Westat in 2005, before moving on to become a Statistician at the Bureau of Economic Analysis in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, and then as an MBA Intern in Strategic Procurement at Mars in 2009. In 2010, they became a Senior Management Analyst at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In 2012, they joined Amazon as a Site Lead, Senior Financial Analyst. From 2014 to 2019, they held various roles at Benefitfocus, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Manager of Corporate Finance, Manager of Corporate Finance, and Senior Financial Analyst. In 2019, they moved to Stack Sports as Vice President of Finance, and in 2022 they were appointed Chief Financial Officer of Vantaca.
Robert Carlson obtained their MBA from Penn State University in 2010, with a focus in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Strategy. Robert also earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Kansas in 2004.
