Richard E. is a seasoned HR MI Analyst at Vanquis Bank since April 2013, with previous experience as an HR BI Analyst/Project Manager at State Street, where responsibilities included providing business intelligence support to the head of Global HR in the EMEA region. Additional experience includes a role as a Scuba Diving Instructor in Thailand and a 19-year tenure in the Royal Air Force, where Richard achieved Senior Management level and specialized in business analysis.
