Lee Webb

Head Of Customer Operations Performance at Vanquis Bank

Lee Webb has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Lee began their career as a Strategy Analyst at HBoS plc in 2004. After that, they worked as a Consultant at Prodant Limited for over a year. In 2008, they joined Barclaycard as an Operations Manager, focusing on International Collections. Lee then moved to Experto Credite in 2010, where they held the position of Collections Strategy Manager and later became a Risk Manager. In 2012, they joined NewDay as a Collections Strategy Manager and subsequently took on the role of Senior Collections Strategy Manager. Currently, Lee is working at Vanquis Bank, where they have held various positions, including Collections Manager, Head of Early Stage Collections, and Head of Collections Strategy Delivery. Lee also served as the Senior COVID Strategy Manager before assuming their current role as the Head of Customer Operations Performance.

Lee Webb attended Swansea University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics and Statistics.
