Jacob Bennett is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer operations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Achievement Coach at Vanquis Bank since October 2019, Jacob has been focused on training and coaching in areas such as loans and credit card on-boarding, while recently shadowing the credit card resolutions team to enhance understanding of daily operations.
