Dolena Orr is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of People Services at Vanquis Bank since February 2003, Dolena has held multiple senior HR roles, encompassing recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR systems. Prior to this, Dolena successfully established and expanded the HR function at Vanquis Bank, growing the team from 17 to over 800 employees. Earlier experience includes roles at Providian National Bank as Employee Relations Manager and HR Manager, focused on supporting contact center leaders in employee relations. Dolena studied at Croydon College from 1994 to 1996.
