Maryna Chepurna serves as the People and Culture Lead at VanOnGo since April 2020, focusing on fostering a vibrant company culture aligned with values and a data-driven approach. Prior experience includes working as a freelance Recruitment Consultant from January 2009 to February 2020, specializing in the recruitment of highly professional IT specialists. Previously, Maryna held leadership roles at Luxoft, including Head of HR Development Department and Head of Recruitment Group, where responsibilities included talent attraction and development, as well as managing recruitment teams. Additional experience includes a recruitment consultant position at Ciklum, managing a sales and customer care center at Intertelecom, and working as a corporate customer care specialist at Golden Telecom. Maryna holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University and has furthered education through programs in Germany.
