Renée Walraven has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Renée recently joined VanMoof as a Product Lead, where they are responsible for managing product development and introduction. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Product Marketer from 2018 to 2021.
In 2018, Renée served as a Category Manager Non-Food a.i. at Lidl Nederland, where they oversaw the non-food category. Renée also gained valuable experience at Philips, where they held different roles. As a Product Marketing Manager for Personal Health Solutions, they played a key role in launching medical-grade wearable products and developing marketing strategies. Renée also served as a Consumer Marketing Manager for Philips Avent, leading the 'Monitoring and health' business division.
Renée's earlier experience includes working as an Innovations and Technology Manager at ASICS Europe BV and as an intern at SUNIDEE. Renée started their career at Unilever, where they worked on the Blue Band Project Ghana, focusing on analyzing bread and margarine consumption and finding solutions to increase Blue Band margarine usage.
Throughout their career, Renée has demonstrated a strong ability to drive product development, create marketing strategies, and achieve business objectives.
Renée Walraven completed their Bachelor's degree in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Innovation, Enterprise, and Circular Economy from the University of Bradford.
