Sahar Freedman, MA, ELS, is a seasoned Senior Medical Editor at Vaniam Group since June 2021, previously serving as a Medical Editor. From August 2014 to August 2019, Sahar worked at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center as a Program Coordinator, overseeing editorial processes for a peer-reviewed research journal, coordinating outreach events, and managing publication databases. Sahar also trained undergraduate interns and research staff in the department's editorial practices. Prior experience includes a role as an Editorial Technician and Medical Editing Intern, as well as artistic collaboration as an Art Apprentice at Harwood Art Center. Sahar holds a Master of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both from The University of New Mexico.
