Spencer Kaiser is an experienced technology professional currently serving as an Application Engineering Technical Lead II at Vanguard and Partner & Advisory CTO at Pantheon Labs, which focuses on democratizing equity ownership in the software sector. Previously, Spencer held several roles at American Airlines, including Senior Principal Architect, where responsibilities involved directing the Emerging Tech roadmap and developing an Open Source platform for hackathons. Spencer also contributed to the company as a Principal Architect by implementing new technology POCs and enhancing the ADEPT program for college graduates. With a foundation in mobile development from positions at Credera and a focus on research during tenure at Southern Methodist University, Spencer holds a Master's in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
