Scott MacDougall currently serves as the Global Head of Threat Management at Vanguard, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, MacDougall was the Director and Global Head of Threat Intelligence at BNY Mellon from May 2015 to June 2023, where recognition included the BNY Mellon Information Security Manager of the Year award. MacDougall's earlier experience includes roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where responsibilities encompassed leading current cyber intelligence operations, briefings to top leadership, and the development of intelligence assessments related to domestic and overseas cyber incidents. MacDougall's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Political Science and Public Administration from Elon University.
