Rachana Nirgudkar is an experienced investment stewardship analyst currently working at Vanguard since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rachana served as an ESG analyst at Aviva Investors from February 2022 to March 2024 and held various positions at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services from January 2017 to February 2022, including Deputy Head of UK Research. Earlier career experiences include positions as a research assistant at the University of Warwick and roles at MSCI Inc. focusing on corporate governance and custom ESG research. Rachana holds a Master of Science in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from Aston University. Educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Brent International School Manila.
