Jacqui Miller is a highly experienced professional in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher, Specialist at Vanguard since June 2023. Previously, Jacqui led the UX Research Practice at Boomi, emphasizing technical leadership to advance research methodologies and tools. With a background that includes roles such as Principal UX Researcher at Envestnet, Inc., AVP UX Research at Sungard Availability Services, and various senior positions at Deloitte, Jacqui has implemented research strategies that integrate customer insights into product development. Early experience as a Technical Writer at ARAMARK helped establish a foundation in documentation and software standards. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Drexel University.
