Calli Stafford, CPA, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Strategic Enablement for Strategic Business Development at Vanguard since October 2017. In this role, Calli leads initiatives to identify, source, and execute minority investments, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships aligned with Vanguard’s strategic goals. Prior to Vanguard, Calli worked at PwC from July 2010 to October 2017, progressing through various roles including Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Risk Officer and Accounting Policy Specialist, as well as managerial and associate positions. Calli began a career in finance with an internship at PNC in 2008 and further expanded expertise during an internship at PwC in 2009. Calli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Boston College and graduated from Upper St. Clair High School.
