Amy Noval Hamler has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics for Learning and Development at Vanguard since May 2008. In this role, Amy leads the Center for Analytics and Insights, driving the data analytics learning strategy and building curricula to enhance analytical acumen across the enterprise. Previous positions at Vanguard include Education and Development Manager and Lead Project Manager in Brand Management Services, where significant achievements in change management and web governance were realized. Prior to Vanguard, Amy held key roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, CIGNA, and PNC Bank, focusing on global learning initiatives, executive training, and curriculum development. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University and a Master of Education in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University.
