Sol Ucciani has a diverse work experience starting with being a Teaching Assistant at Facultad de IngenierÃa - UBA in 2008. They then worked as a Process Engineer at Techint Engineering & Construction from 2008 to 2014, gaining experience in designing and simulating various industrial projects. In 2015, Sol worked as a Content and Advertising Coordinator at the Water Systems Science and Society Symposium. Following this, they worked as a Translator at Trans Titles from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, Sol was an Engineering Intern at AIR Worldwide before joining Vanguard Renewables in 2016. At Vanguard Renewables, Sol held roles such as Senior Associate Engineer, Project Manager, Development Manager, Director Of Engineering, Director of Development - Organics, and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Project Development, where they are involved in building and operating anaerobic digesters to generate electricity from biogas created from animal manure and organic food waste.
Sol Ucciani holds a BS-MS combined engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires (2001-2008) and a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Tufts University (2014-2015). Additionally, they obtained a Water: Systems, Science & Society Graduate Certificate from Tufts University in 2014.
