Donal Boozer is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in both the private and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Vanguard Renewables since November 2019, Donal previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this, Donal was the Boat and Marine General Sales Manager at Bass Pro Shops, where oversight of dealership operations, financial performance, and personnel management were key responsibilities. Notably, Donal's military career included various leadership positions within the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne), managing a large workforce, significant budgets, and maintenance operations for an extensive fleet of aircraft and vehicles. Donal is also academically equipped with certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Syracuse University.
