Naomi Davis, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Vanguard Companies, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Naomi was the Director of Human Resource Operations at C2FO from January 2022 to May 2023 and spent over a decade at Blue Dart Ventures, LLC as a Human Resources Manager, where the team provided consulting in various HR services. Naomi's career in human resources began as a Human Resource Coordinator at Kansas Joint and Spine Institute from August 2007 to May 2011. Naomi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Kansas State University.
