Brian Horn is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust background in upholstery manufacturing and plant management. Currently serving as Vice President of Upholstery Manufacturing at Vanguard Furniture since May 2014, Brian independently oversees operations in a satellite facility comprising over 100 employees. Previous roles at Vanguard include Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager, where Brian achieved the successful startup of a new facility through effective project management, recruiting, and staffing. Prior experience at Henredon Furniture spanned two decades, during which Brian managed various departments including Finishing and Frame Assembly. Brian's career began at Amano Pioneer Eclipse, where responsibilities included production assembly and maintenance purchasing. Brian holds education from Surry Community College.
