Luke Harris is an experienced Estimating Manager at Vanguard Energy Partners LLC since January 2021, previously serving as an estimator and junior estimator at JRM Construction Management and Hollister Construction Services. With a strong background in defining subcontractor trades, developing scopes of work, and managing bid submissions, Luke has honed skills in quantity takeoffs using industry-standard software.
