Bev Herrmann has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Bev worked as an Account Executive at Vanguard Computers, Inc. starting in December 2010. Prior to that, they held the position of Account Manager at Tech Upgrade, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Bev also served as an Account Manager at Ada Products Company, Inc. in 2007 and as a Technical Sales & Service Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Sales Executive at WI-ICS, Inc. from 1991 to 2007. Before that, they worked as an Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative at Bell Atlantic from 1987 to 1991. Bev also held roles as a Sanitarian and Sanitarian Aide at Waukesha County Health Department from 1985 to 1987 and as a Senior Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Technician Assistant at Fort Atkinson Water Pollution Control Center from 1982 to 1985.

Bev Herrmann completed their Associate's Degree in Water and Wastewater Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1982. Later, they pursued additional education in Supervisory Management, Human Resources Management and Services, and Employment Law for Wisconsin Employers at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with the completion year being 1998.
