Shawn Lynch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, education, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Assistant Service Manager at Vandergriff Toyota since December 2022, Shawn also operates Precision Tune Auto Care as the Business Owner, managing all aspects of the automotive repair shop. Prior to these roles, Shawn worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Arlington ISD, delivering tailored instruction to a diverse student population. Experience in managerial positions includes roles at QBE Insurance, overseeing a team responsible for mortgage loan tracking, and Citi, where Shawn led teams in bankruptcy management and auditing. Additionally, experience as a Property Manager involved managing a portfolio of single-family homes. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
